Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Your data never leaves your browser. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any information you enter into the FL-150 form wizard. The PDF is generated entirely on your device using client-side JavaScript.

What Data We Do NOT Collect

  • We do NOT collect your name, income, expenses, assets, or any financial information
  • We do NOT collect your case number, court information, or attorney details
  • We do NOT collect information about your children or household members
  • We do NOT use cookies to track your form entries
  • We do NOT send your form data to any server, API, or third party

How It Works Technically

When you use our form wizard:

  1. You enter your information into form fields in your web browser
  2. Your progress is saved to your browser's localStorage (a storage area on YOUR device, not our servers)
  3. When you click "Download," the pdf-lib JavaScript library fills a blank FL-150 PDF template entirely in your browser
  4. The filled PDF is downloaded directly to your device
  5. At no point does your data leave your browser or touch our servers

localStorage

We use your browser's localStorage to save your form progress so you can close the browser and return later. This data is stored only on your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data or using your browser's developer tools.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as page view counts) that do not collect personal information or track individual users. We do not use Google Analytics or any service that creates user profiles.

Payment Processing

If we implement payment processing, it will be handled entirely by a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We will never see or store your credit card information. The payment processor's privacy policy will apply to that transaction.
